Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for using our website and the goods we can store and ship.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the Fedorenko Corp website and Services. It also describes goods that may not be sent to our facility for storage, fulfillment, or shipping. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the Site. You may not, for example:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or networks, or probe or test their vulnerability.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Use automated means to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site.
  • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive content.

2. Prohibited and restricted goods

You may not send to us, or ask us to store or ship, any item that is illegal or unsafe, or that we are not equipped or licensed to handle. Prohibited items include, without limitation:

  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and related paraphernalia.
  • Hazardous, flammable, explosive, corrosive, or radioactive materials, and most regulated dangerous goods (hazmat).
  • Firearms, ammunition, weapons, and regulated weapon components.
  • Counterfeit goods or items that infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Live animals, human remains, and most perishable or temperature-sensitive goods unless arranged in advance and accepted in writing.
  • Currency, precious metals or stones, and high-value negotiable instruments unless agreed in writing.
  • Any goods whose possession, storage, or shipment violates federal, state, local, or carrier rules.

If you are unsure whether your products are acceptable, contact us before shipping inventory to our facility.

3. Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your goods, labeling, and shipments comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export controls and product-safety requirements.

4. Enforcement

We may refuse, hold, return, or dispose of any prohibited or non-compliant goods at your expense, and we may suspend or terminate Services for violations of this AUP. We may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
