Shipping & Delivery Policy

How we process, ship, and deliver orders on behalf of our clients.

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how Fedorenko Corp ships orders on behalf of its business clients. Because we are a third-party logistics provider, the exact shipping options, rates, and timelines presented to end customers are configured by each client; this policy explains our general fulfillment and shipping practices.

1. Coverage

We ship from our facility in Hallandale Beach, Florida to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may be available by special arrangement.

2. Order processing times

  • Orders received before our same-day cutoff on a business day are typically picked, packed, and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Processing may take longer during peak periods, promotions, or for orders requiring kitting or special handling.

3. Carriers and methods

We ship via established national and regional carriers and select the service level based on the client's configuration and the destination. Available methods may include ground, expedited, and freight/LTL for larger shipments.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are determined by the client's chosen carrier, service level, package weight and dimensions, and destination. Any rates displayed to end customers are set by the client.

5. Tracking

When a shipment is dispatched, tracking information is generated and made available so that the package can be followed to delivery. You can also use our Tracking page.

6. Delivery estimates

Delivery time frames provided by carriers are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's network and conditions outside our control, including weather and operational delays.

7. Address accuracy

Accurate and complete shipping addresses are the responsibility of the client and their customer. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipment due to address errors may incur additional charges.

8. Undeliverable and returned packages

Packages that are undeliverable or returned to us by the carrier are processed according to the client's instructions, which may include re-shipment (at additional cost) or restocking.

9. Lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, claims are handled with the applicable carrier in accordance with that carrier's policies and any insurance arranged for the shipment. Please report issues promptly so a claim can be initiated within carrier deadlines.
